Do not use the side of the bag with the writing on it. , If your plastic bags are transparent, you will want to layer several squares for each ghost.
The bags I had were solid white so this was not necessary for the ghosts pictured above. , Lay the end of one of the painted dowels in the center of the square. , Place this in the center of the square. , Add a white twist tie to the base of the head. ,, -
