Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Step 1: fold an 8x11 piece of paper in half lengthwise.

    Folded paper should measure 4" x 11".
  2. Step 2: cut the paper along the fold.

    , Continue in this manner until each piece of paper measures 1" x 11". , DO NOT CUT. , Repeat this step with another piece of paper.

    You should have two "C" shaped pieces of paper. , The top "point" of the "C" would rest in the other top "point" of the "C" so it looks like a circle.
