Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Go to Desktop.
In it you will find a list of all the hardware devices connected to your computer. ,,,, If you have a driver CD then select the second option (“No, not at this time").Put the CD in the optical drive the CD ROM. , Select the first option.
If you know the location of the driver within the disc select the second option and browse for the location of the driver on the disc and click on the button ("Next") the click on ("Finish")tab.
You will see a balloon on your taskbar saying('Your new device is installed and it is ready to use"). -
Step 2: Right click on “My Computer” icon.

Step 3: Select “Properties”

Step 4: Go to the “Hardware” Tab.

Step 5: Select “Device Manager”.

Step 6: Double click on the device category that has a driver problem.When you double click the device category an exclamation mark in a yellow bubble will appear showing the device is either not installed or it has a driver problem.

Step 7: Right click on the icon that has an exclamation mark and select “Update Driver”.

Step 8: This window ( “Hardware Update Wizard” )will appear on the screen.

Step 9: Read the text carefully.If you are connected to the internet and do not have a driver CD

Step 10: then choose the first option that is( “Yes

Step 11: this time only”).It will start downloading the device driver from the manufacturer`s website.

Step 12: Notice a new window will appear asking whether you want to install the software automatically or manually.
