Step 1: Go to Motorola’s support website at https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/mcp/service/.
If you prefer to chat online with a Motorola Support representative, enter your name into the fields provided, select “Repair Support” from the dropdown menu, and click on “Chat Live.” ,,,, Motorola will provide you with further instructions for either sending your device directly to Motorola for battery repairs, or for having you visit a Motorola-approved service center for battery removal. -
