How to Remove the Battery from the Droid Ultra

   Step 1: Go to Motorola’s support website at https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/mcp/service/.

   If you prefer to chat online with a Motorola Support representative, enter your name into the fields provided, select “Repair Support” from the dropdown menu, and click on “Chat Live.” ,,,, Motorola will provide you with further instructions for either sending your device directly to Motorola for battery repairs, or for having you visit a Motorola-approved service center for battery removal.

   Step 2: Click on “Request a Repair.” Alternately

   Step 3: you can call Motorola Support directly at 1-800-734-5870 between the hours of 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. Monday through Friday or between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Saturday through Sunday.

   Step 4: Click on “Sign in with Google.”

   Step 5: Log into the same Google account you are currently signed into on your Motorola Droid Ultra.

   Step 6: Click on “Accept” when asked to verify that you want to use the “Motorola Mobility” app to access your Google account.
