Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Step 1: Pick any Kool-Aid color of your choice.

    Blondes should use around 2 packets and brunettes should use around 3 packets.
  2. Step 2: Fill your cooking pot with about an inch of water.

    Put it over the stove and boil until bubbles break at the surface and steam comes up. , Stir with a spoon until it is completely mixed in. , Make sure it is completely cooled down before continuing. , Leave it in for 5-10 minutes. , Brush it out when you are done soaking it.

    Air dry or blow dry your hair until it is completely dry. ,,,,,
  3. Step 3: Once the water is boiling

  4. Step 4: open a packet of Kool-Aid and pour it into the water.

  5. Step 5: Turn off the stove and put the cooking pot on a cold surface.

  6. Step 6: Transfer the cooled down Kool-Aid water into a bowl or plastic cup and dip at most half of your hair from the tips.

  7. Step 7: Rinse your hair off in cool water.

  8. Step 8: Boil water again and put a different color of Kool-Aid in.

  9. Step 9: Repeat the previous process except dip your hair half of what you dipped the last time for 15 minutes.

  10. Step 10: Repeat the process again and soak the tips of your hair for 20 minutes and rinse off.
