Step 1: Start by choosing a color or multiple colors.

TO USE -
Step 2: Cut pieces (one of each color) that are three times the length of the hair being wrapped.
(Make sure scissors, your beads or charms are in arms reach before you start) , Starting from the root, braid this piece of hair very tight and use the hair tie to hold it at the end.
You do not need to braid all the way down, you can leave about and inch of hair free at the bottom. , Try to get as close to the root as possible. ,, The tighter and closer each wrap is, the longer the wrap will last. ,,,,, Make it a double or a triple knot so it does not slip. ,, -
Step 3: Choose a piece of hair

Step 4: for this hair wrap a chunk or hair about 1/8” -1/4” in diameter.

Step 5: Take the color(s) of string you have chosen by one of the ends and tie a small knot around the hair.

Step 6: Take the color you want to start with and hold the rest of the colors tightly with the braid

Step 7: To start wrapping

Step 8: take the string and tightly wrap it all the way around the braid.

Step 9: To change colors

Step 10: just grab which one you want and hold the first color against the braid.

Step 11: Repeat the last two steps until you get to the end of the braid.

Step 13: slip one of your choice around the color you are using.

Step 15: To tie off the end you can simply just tie a regular knot.

Step 16: You can tuck it up under the last wrap so it does not show as much.
