Skinny people should do Scout, Spy, and maybe Medic.

Medium people should do Medic, Soldier, Engineer, Sniper or Demoman.

Heavy people should do Heavy and maybe Engineer.

The Pyro costume can be pulled off by anyone, as the baggy suit can hide the presence or lack of weight.
