  1. Step 1: Make sure you are logged on as an administrator.

    In the box that appears enter the text for the message that appears, and hit Ok. , Double click this and enter the title for the message you want to appear in the box.

    Press the Ok button. , Exit out of the Local Security Settings window and the Administrative Tools window if you wish.

    Or you can just turn off the computer and do something active.
