Step 1: Open the file explorer.

Step 2: Navigate to the installation directory of Windows 8 (It should be C:\)

Step 4: you should see an applications folder named 'WindowsApps'.

Step 5: Open up the applications folder You would be denied access to the folder

Step 6: Click ‘continue’ Again

Step 7: you would be told ‘you have been denied permission to access this folder’

Step 8: Click ‘security tab’.

Step 9: Click ‘Advanced’ Another pop-up dialog box would open.

Step 10: there you need to write down the ‘Username’ or ‘Windows Live ID’ in the text box named as ‘enter the object name to select’
