How to Install and Activate SmartDraw (Downloaded)

Step-by-Step Guide

   Step 1: Check your email after purchasing SmartDraw.

   You will have received an email thanking you for ordering and giving you the information that you need.
   
   Be sure to look in your inbox for that email.
   
   If you don't find it, check your spam folder and make sure that you add it to your email whitelist.

   Step 2: Reset your password to your account.

   Find the email (it will be a different one) that says, "Your SmartDraw Software Account Information" at the top. , Once you have reset the password, you can log into your account. ,,, When prompted, enter in the serial number.
   
   You don't need to enter the SD (or whatever the letter combination is), just the rest of the serial number. ,

   Step 3: Find the Reset Password link and reset the password.

   Step 4: Log in to your account after you have reset the password.

   Step 5: Click on the Download link that you will see there.

   Step 6: Let it install.

   Step 7: Answer all of the remaining questions appropriately

   Step 8: and you will be ready to draw!
