  1. Step 1: Make sure the battery percentage is above normal.

    Just hold the Volume Down, Home, and Power buttons simultaneously.

    If a warning appears, press the Volume Up button. ,,, The ID:
    COM fields should turn blue. , Select Phone and the modem in the file path.

    Select CSC and the file with CSC in the file path.

    Select PIT and the file with PIT in the file path. , It is important that Re-Partition must not be selected. ,,
  2. Step 2: Enable USB debugging.

  3. Step 3: Download Firmware Package and Odin v.3.07.

  4. Step 4: Set your phone on Download mode.

  5. Step 5: Open Odin v. 3.07.

  6. Step 6: Run the EXE file as Administrator.

  7. Step 7: Connect your Samsung S4 to the PC using the USB Cable.

  8. Step 8: Follow these instructions using the Odin program: Select PDA and the file with ".tar.md5" in the file path.

  9. Step 9: Check the Auto Reboot option.

  10. Step 10: Tap the Start button to start the installation process.

  11. Step 11: Reboot your phone to start using 4.4.2 KitKat.
