Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Step 1: Measure about 4 inches of duct tape.

    Cut your strip.

    Repeat until you have 8 identical strips , Do this so all your strips are now in pairs.

    At the end of this step you should now have four attached pairs of duct tape strips. , Do this so you have two rectangles with no sticky sides.

    Try to smooth out any bubbles or folds. ,,,,,,,, Be sure to attach to corresponding side. ,,,, You should now have one large open end, kind of like a pocket. , The amount of stuffing depends on desired stiffness.

    However, be sure to not over or under stuff.,,,
  2. Step 2: Attach two strips together by placing one strip one centimeter on top of the other horizontally.

  3. Step 3: Take two of your pairs and attach them by their inner sticky sides.

  4. Step 4: Trim any remaining sticky ends that may be showing.

  5. Step 5: Put your new non-sticky rectangles on top of each other (optional).

  6. Step 6: Trim all the sides of both rectangles so they are the same size (optional).

  7. Step 7: Measure longer side of rectangle.

  8. Step 8: Cut a strip of duct tape to this size.

  9. Step 9: Cut this strip through the middle long ways.

  10. Step 10: Set one of these strips aside.

  11. Step 11: Use the other strip to attach your rectangles.

  12. Step 12: Measure short side of rectangle.

  13. Step 13: Cut this strip.

  14. Step 14: Cut your new strip down the center.

  15. Step 15: Attach both small sides with your short duct tape strips.

  16. Step 16: Stuff with cotton balls (or make up sponges).

  17. Step 17: Seal your ball with your remaining strip of tape.

  18. Step 18: Create a small cut in one corner to allow air flow.

  19. Step 19: Decorate your ball with permanent marker or stickers
