How to Migrate Emails from Outlook 2011 to Mac with OLM Converter Pro Tool

Step-by-Step Guide

   Step 1: Download Olm Converter Pro application from the website.

   Once the download finishes, click on the file to execute it.
   
   A window will pop up showing the setup file for Olm Converter Pro.
   
   Click on the file. , Click on ‘Continue’ ,,, The Finder window will open pointing towards Applications OLM Converter Pro. , OLM Converter Pro will open with a window showing some terms and conditions.
   
   Click on ‘Agree’ and you will reach OLM Converter Pro window. ,, If you have not exported the emails to .olm from Outlook 2011 for Mac, then follow these steps:
   Open Outlook 2011 for Mac Choose “File” and “Export”. , Click on “Outlook for Mac Data File (.Olm) and click on right arrow. , Check the option you want to opt (prefer  not to delete the items). ,, The export procedure will start; give it a moment to complete. , Click in “Done”.
   
   You will be able to a file named “Outlook for Mac Archive .olm” where you have saved the file.
   
   Now open Olm Converter Pro.
   
   Click on “Add Olm Files”.
   
   Select the .olm file named “Outlook for Mac Archive .olm”.
   
   Click on “Open”.
   
   All your emails will be loaded in the Olm Converter Pro window. ,,, Click on “Save”. , Give it a moment, the process may take a while depending upon the size of your file.
   
   After the conversion is complete, you will receive a “Conversion Complete” message along with the summary of the converted items.
   
   Click on “Ok” You will be able to a folder named “Mails” where you have decided to save the file Now you will need to import this “Mails” folder in Apple Mail/ Mac Mail.
   
   Follow these steps to import converted emails into Apple Mail:
   Launch Apple Mail and go to Application Menu
   --> File-->  “Import Mailboxes...” ,, Converted emails are saved in a folder named “Mails” in output folder.
   
   Just select the “Mails” folder and don’t go deeper in folder hierarchy.
   
   Click on “Choose” button. , Click on “Continue” button and wait until the import finishes. ,,

   Step 2: Enter the details and click on submit.

   Step 4: click the ‘Download’ button selecting the system preference.

   Step 5: As soon as you click on “Download”

   Step 6: your download will start automatically and you can find that file in “Downloads” in Finder or in your Dashboard.

   Step 7: After you click on “Olm Converter Pro” setup file

    Step 13: you will see a message that the installation was successful.

    Step 16: If you have purchased the software click on the Register icon at the bottom to enter the registration details and Unlock the full featured application or else the trial version of application will convert only first 10 emails in each folder.

    Step 17: You will need to export the emails in Outlook 2011 for mac to an .olm file.

    Step 18: The “Export” wizard will open.

    Step 33: Apple Mail searches the given folder for emails and displays a list of all folders.
