Step 1: This new design of led grow lights are very easy to disassemble to undertake repairs
The faceplate is held in place by retaining screws which are visible on the faceplate.
Unscrew these screws and place them somewhere safe.
The faceplate will now just lift off.The led clusters are now visible along with the secondary lenses.,,, Carefully lift out the cluster bars making sure not to kink or damage the electrical connecting wires from the rear of the cluster bars to the power supplies.
The internal layout is now visible , the silver rectangular components are the power supplies and also visible are the high power fans. ,,, -
Step 2: the securing screws holding the air scoop and faceplate are easily visible from just looking at the grow light.The larger the grow light the bigger the faceplate which in turn means more retaining screws

Step 3: no matter what the size of the led grow light the screws will always be visible.

Step 4: Carefully loosen and remove the air scoop retaining screws.Place the screws you have previously removed in a safe place!

Step 5: Carefully pull out the air scoop and set aside.

Step 6: Remove the faceplate to expose the LED arrays.

Step 7: Carefully lift off the secondary lens from the LED cluster base plate and place somewhere safe

Step 8: a soft towel is ideal as it prevents the lenses from becoming scratched.

Step 9: Carefully unscrew the retaining screws and put them in a safe place.

Step 10: Unscrew the retaining screws holding the cluster bar in position and put them somewhere safe

Step 11: so that you may gain access to the power supplies.

Step 12: Secure a new component in position and plug the electrical components together using the plastic electrical connectors you previously unclipped.

Step 13: Secure the cluster bars back in place again

Step 14: using the previously removed retaining screws.

Step 15: Secure the faceplate again

Step 16: using the previously removed retaining screws and lastly the air scoop is secured in place using the previously removed retaining screws.
