Step 1: Once you have your TI-83 calculator turn it on.
Now type in NUMBER by pressing ALPHA and then the buttons corresponding to the green letters., after that press ALPHA and then the + button., And then type in A,, Select the Input function again and then do everything you did before but instead of typing in NUMBER type in PLUS.
And instead of A you put B.,,,, Hit the PRGM button and go right.
You should see the menu you were at earlier.
Instead of Input go down until you find Disp, hit ENTER and then type in "ANSWER:"
A+B,,,,, You should be back to the normal screen with the blinking cursor.
Hit PRGM again and scroll down to your application.
Hit ENTER and it should say:
PRGM(Whatever you named it)Hit ENTER one more time and type in a number.,, You just made a program for your TI-83 calculator! -
