   Step 1: Make sure you are running the Windows 8.1 operating system.

   If not, update your operating system from Windows 8 (at the very least) to Windows
   8.1, as the only way you'll have this app on the Start Screen (formerly called the Metro Desktop), is if you have Windows
   8.1! If you have Windows 7 or below, you'll need to upgrade the operating system completely, which could be costly.

   Step 2: Open up the article you'd like to share to this app

   If you've tried to open it up on the Internet Explorer for Desktop software, you'll get a nice message saying that you're not able to send it this way. , You can do this quickly by using the keyboard shortcut ⊞ Win+C. ,,,, Open up the app, and view it.
   
   If not, go back through and try again.

   Step 3: from the Internet Explorer app from the Windows Start screen version.

   Step 4: Open up your Charms bar from the right side of the screen.
