Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Step 1: Go to http://www.plus.google.com.

    If there are multiple accounts saved in the computer, simply click the one with your name on it. , Type your password on the field that will be provided for you.

    After entering your password, hit Enter on the keyboard.

    You will be brought to your Google+ home page. , It is at the top-right corner of the interface.

    Clicking the Hangouts icon will make the Hangouts window drop down. , Select the contact you've had a conversation with from the contacts list of Hangouts.

    Clicking a contact will show you the conversation window with your contact. , It is shaped like a gear. , If the box is checked, then History is on.

    If it is unchecked, it is turned off. ,
