Step 1: Go to “Your Shop” → “Sold Orders” and look through the list of recent orders made through your shop.
Once you find the correct receipt number for the given order, click on it to view the receipt details. -
Step 2: Click on the “Manage Order” on the right side of the grey banner
, You will be able to stipulate the amount refunded, and you will also be refunded any card processing fees.
You will, however, be charged an adjusted “transaction fee.” Note that the buyer’s refunds will be drawn from your Shop Account.
If this account has insufficient funds, your own registered credit card will be billed for the remainder of the refunded sum.
Also, if someone paid in another currency, they will refunded the same amount of money that they paid, regardless of any fluctuations in currency value. -
