Step-by-Step Guide

   Step 1: Hit the four eyes under the body of the blue Twinmold with arrows.

   Once you've done this, it'll crash into the ground, revealing its main eye.
   
   Hit it with any weapon, preferably arrows or your sword.
   
   Watch out for the red Twinmold, which will throw fireballs at you.

   Step 2: After defeating the blue Twinmold

   Open it to get the Giant's Mask. , While attacking, you'll also want to defeat the Moldbabies, which can leave behind hearts. , Repeat steps 3 and 4 until it's defeated, giving you a Heart Container and Twinmold's Remains.
