   Step 1: Insert your micro SD card into your adapter and into the USB and connect it to your computer.

   Click on "Open File".
   
   This will open up the R4's main root to have games on.
   
   Make sure you have already installed everything onto your R4. , For example, search "Pokémon Black R4 English Rom Download" and you should find one) ,,, Pokémon Black or White! Make sure it's the only ROM on there before doing this step.

   Step 2: A message will pop up asking what to do with the file.
