Step 1: Create your Sim family.
If you already have a household, skip to step
3. -
Step 2: Move them into the cheapest house.
It doesn't have to be furnished.
Don't worry, your sims won't be there for long! , You can do so by clicking the three dots on the bottom left corner of your screen and clicking 'Edit Town'. , When it lets you choose between 'Moving out' and 'Moving out with home'
select 'Move out'. , They should appear on the top of the screen.
Click them and then put them in the richest household in your town.
A window should pop up.
Click 'Merge'. , Click the phone and select 'Move'.
Pick only the sims that you created and then select the house that you want to move into.
Now your sims have a nice house, and have lots of money! , -
Step 3: Go to Edit Town.

Step 4: Click on your household and select 'Evict'.

Step 5: Your family will get some money from selling the house.
