   If you are making a sneaky character, it is recommended that you make a khajiit because they have a +10 bonus in sneak and it would make the process a lot easier.

   Find a corner to go sneak into.
   
   Be sure to not wake up the bear. , Keep on walking into it until your sneak skill increases.
   
   You can use a rubber band to keep the character walking and go do something else until your sneak is at Level
   100.
