  1. Step 1: Build a basic fountain.

    There are many different ways to design a fountain, but this is one of the simplest designs.
  2. Step 2: Decide which blocks will be the edge of your fountain.

    This can be any block of your choice.

    One of the more popular block choices is the stone slab, as it provides a nice lip around the water, but you can use any block you wish. ,,,, For this demonstration, Glowstone blocks will be used. ,,,, So you have the basic fountain down right? So why not expand it and make it your own.

    These steps will help you add some variety to your fountain. , It can be anything from a hexagon, to amoeba shape. ,, This is once again infinitely expandable. ,,
  3. Step 3: Make a 5x5 square base.

  4. Step 4: You can take out the corner blocks for a more circular look.

  5. Step 5: Dig out the 3x3 area inside of the base.
