Step 1: Find a Red Mushroom with Stars on it to increase your health.
Your health will grow to 6 at maximum health.
Can be found in Luma Shops for only 30 star bits , If your health drops below 4, then you will return to normal.
The only events that will instantly drop your Life Meter to 0 (even with the Life Mushroom power-up) include falling off, getting crushed by a Thwomp or Tox Box, falling into poison/quicksand, and running out of time (if a Speedy Comet is in orbit). -
