Step-by-Step Guide

   Step 1: When you are in Celadon City

   Beat the Team Rocket Grunt guarding the poster.
   
   Go in front of the poster, then press A to activate the secret switch.

   Step 2: go to the Rocket Game Corner.

   Go through the spinning puzzles until you find the Lift Key that turns on the elevator.
   
   From there, you'll be able to find Giovanni.
   
   Defeat him to get the Silph Scope. , Defeat them, then talk to Mr.
   
   Fuji to go back to his house and get the Poke Flute. , You'll get the Master Ball from the Silph Co. president. ,, It's a Ground-type Gym and the leader is Giovanni.
   
   He uses a level 45 Rhyhorn, a level 42 Dugtrio, a level 44 Nidoqueen, a level 45 Nidoking, and a level 50 Rhyhorn.
   
   Defeat him to get the Earth Badge and the TM for Earthquake.

   Step 3: Go down the stairs that appear to go to the Team Rocket hideout.

   Step 4: Go to the Pokémon Tower in Lavender Town
