    In order to perform the standing and seated leg abduction exercises, one end of the band must be placed in a position parallel to the height of your ankles and secured either to the bottom of a heavy stationary object or inside of a door.

    Secure one end of the resistance band to the bottom of heavy gym equipment or use a resistance band strap or door anchor to safely secure your band to the inside of a door.;
