Step 1: Open your image in PaintShop Pro.
Do this by clicking on Effects >> Geometric Effect >> Spherize ,, CTRL Y will apply the filter again. , Do this by clicking on Effects >> Artistic Effects >> Balls and Bubbles. ,,, All of them will have a Maximum of 100 and a Minimum of
0.
Set them as follows:
Light 1 No backlight Light position upper left corner Color White Highlight Size
- 11 Light 2 Backlight Light position lower left corner Color Light Gray Highlight Size
- 24 Light 3 Backlight Light position lower left corner Color Medium Gray Highlight Size

Step 2: Apply the Spherize filter.

Step 3: Be sure the settings are: Strength = 100 Shape = Circle

Step 4: Repeat the effect.

Step 5: Apply the Balls and Bubbles effect.

Step 6: Click on the shape tab and be sure the following boxes are marked: Single ball or bubble and Maximum size allowed.

Step 7: Click on the Surface tab and set the following: Opacity - 20 Shininess - 50 Gloss - 20
