How to Clean Up Conversations in Outlook

  1. Step 1: Go to the Home tab and click on the Clean Up button.

    The window will show you the three other options from the drop down menu.

    Clean Up Conversation:
    This option will just only work on the selected conversation.

    Clean Up Folder:
    As you can read the heading, this option of MS-Outlook allows you to the clean up all the conversations in the current folder.

    Clean Up and Folder and Subfolders:
    This option cleans up the all the conversations presented in the current folders and their subfolders. , After selecting the most appropriate option from the above sub categories, a new small pop-up screen asks for permission to “Clean Up”.
