How to Clean Up Conversations in Outlook
Go to the Home tab and click on the Clean Up button., Select how deep you want the clean up to go., Confirm permission.

Step 1: Go to the Home tab and click on the Clean Up button.
The window will show you the three other options from the drop down menu.
Clean Up Conversation:
This option will just only work on the selected conversation.
Clean Up Folder:
As you can read the heading, this option of MS-Outlook allows you to the clean up all the conversations in the current folder.
Clean Up and Folder and Subfolders:
This option cleans up the all the conversations presented in the current folders and their subfolders. , After selecting the most appropriate option from the above sub categories, a new small pop-up screen asks for permission to “Clean Up”. -
