  1. Step 1: Have an initial rinse with warm water to get the left over liquid out.

    The shaker will most likely be filled with curdled milk and dried protein.  , Add some washing up liquid to the shaker.

    Fill the shaker with boiling water and leave to stand for 5 minutes.

    This will loosen up all the dried content that is stuck to the sides ,, Never let your shaker sit in the cupboard wet
    - you'll immediately regret it soon as you go to make your next shake ,
  2. Step 2: Boil the kettle.

  3. Step 3: Carefully pour out the water and scrub with a scourer/sponge and soapy water as usual.
