Step 1: Obtain a large container for your base.

Step 13: Set the entire assembly in your container and weight down the base of your PVC stand with bricks or rocks for stability.

Step 14: Attach the hose to your pump.

Step 16: Plug in the pump and adjust the flow if necessary.
