Step 1: Take the mini vial and clean it out with the cotton swab.
A really good sparkly nail polish brand you should look for is OPI. ,, You COULD use a regular paperclip, but a smaller one works a lot better. , When you are wrapping the paperclip, you should make the paperclip look very curled so it seems more ancient and rustic. ,, It's suggested to put the pendant right in front of the glued vial cap. , You now have a beautiful homemade Fairy Dust Necklace! , -
Step 2: Fill the mini vial about 80% full with the sparkly nail polish.

Step 3: Dab on a little hot glue on the bottom of the vial cap and glue the cap onto the vial.
