Step 2: Click on the image of the girl and copy it to your clipboard (CTRL C)

Replace Feather: 51 Depending on the size of your image, the feather number can change. ,, -
Step 3: Click on the rainbow image to make it your active selection.

Step 4: Click Edit >> Paste >> Paste as New Layer or right click on the rainbow and select Paste >> Paste as New Layer.

Step 6: click the small eye that you see in the Layer dialog box.
