   Step 2: create a new image that is 200 X 100px.

   Suggestions:
   Font = Impact Size = 48 Background color = Grey Anti-aliasing = Checked ,,, Set the noise to 50% and then select Random. , Do this by clicking on Image >> Grayscale. ,,,, You can use various effects to colorize it. ,

   Step 3: Select the text tool and type in the desired text.

   Step 6: click Selections >> Modify >> Feather.
