Step 1: Right click on the speaker icon in the taskbar (next to the time).
Go Start, Programs, Accessories, Entertainment, Sound Recorder. , A YouTube music video or a streaming Napster or Rhapsody song.
Find the song you want. , (Steps 10,11),, Press stop when you get 1 second beyond the actual length of the song you're going to record ,, If it has, then it's recording. ,, -
Step 2: Select "Open Volume Controls".

Step 4: Select recording and then check "Stereo Mix"
