Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Step 1: Select the part of your desktop that you want to use and clean it up.

    You will find it much easier to clean than your garage!
  2. Step 2: With your adhesive tape

    If you want this to be a little less permanent, use thumbtacks instead, or perhaps poster tack. , Fasten it towards the top of the allotted space and to the rear, as shown in the image.

    Position an LED at the top to throw out light onto the objects being photographed. , You might want to find some way to be able to change it up, find a less permanent method than taping, such as poster tack.

    Either that, or just cover up the white reflective material when needed. , Find something small to figure out what works best.

    Not very easy to see.

    In this photo, a different color background was slotted into the micro studio, and you can see the object much more easily.
  3. Step 3: apply one side of the tape to your selected background.
