Step 1: Call over your desired NPC by hiring a maid
If there is nothing wrong the policeman/woman or the fireman/woman will be angry with you but all you have to do is quickly do the next steps. -
Step 2: calling the police
Write 'testingcheatsenabled true' in the cheat box and press enter. , In the list of options that comes up, click 'Add to Active Household'. , Remember, you will not be able to keep their special outfits unless you deny them a shower or a bath forever. -
