Step 1: Create two circles by use an Ellipse Tool.
Position the big one on top like in the picture.
Go to Object > Blend > Blend option > set the spacing to Specified Steps > Ok -
Step 2: Select both of circles and go to Object > Blend > Make
, Afterward, select both images and go to Object > Blend > Replace Spine ,,, Place a blended grass on top of a circle line (as shown below). , In the SWF Options box, set Export As:
AI Layers to SWF Frames, Version:
Flash Player9, then click Advance button, tick at Animate Blend and In Sequence > Ok -
Step 3: Create a line (as shown) by use Pen Tool.
