Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Draw a circle on a smooth surface
On the altar place a purple candle (for the element spirit), a statue of the Goddess, a burning stem of sage and lavender, and a bowl of holy water. ,,,,, Talk in a strong, sure, and confident way.
Be sure of what you are saying, and believe in your Goddess.
Light the candles; talk about each element and its uses as you go.
When you light the spirit candle, make sure you say how it is the master element, and that it represents the almighty Goddess. if you can't find yellow, red, blue, green and purple candles; white will suffice.
Just burn white sage Incense as well (if you burn it throughout the ceremony it represents the purity of the magic circle). -
Step 2: either outside or inside.

Step 3: Draw a Pentagram inside the circle

Step 4: with the tips touching the outside of the circle.

Step 5: Place an altar

Step 6: on a table

Step 7: in the center of the Pentagram and circle.

Step 8: Place candles at each end/ side of the circle

Step 9: Green at the North to represent Earth

Step 10: Yellow in the East to represent Wind

Step 11: Red in the south to represent Fire

Step 12: and Blue in the West to represent Water.

Step 13: Welcome everyone to the ceremony; make a short speech on Wiccan values and the Goddess.

Step 14: Welcome the elements.Starting with lighting the candle for Air (East)

Step 15: move on to Fire (South)

Step 16: then Water(West)next is Earth (North)

Step 17: then move to the centre of the Sacred Circle and light the 5th candle

Step 19: Go to everybody present and draw a pentagram on their heads with holy water saying "Blessed be" as you go

Step 20: they should say "Blessed Be" in return.
