Step 1: Head north once you have entered the tunnel
Talk to the NPC.
You will enter a new section of the Clay Tunnel. , Move west, then north. , Talk to him to enter the next section. , Then, walk south and east again and talk to the next NPC. , Use your Pokémon’s Surf capabilities to surf toward the door, and talk to the NPC.
This will unlock the door; head north and go in.
You will now enter the Underground Ruins. -
Step 2: and then east at the first branching road.

Step 3: Head south until the end of the tracks.

Step 4: Keep walking north until you encounter another NPC.

Step 5: Walk south

Step 6: then east at the corner
