Step 1: Categorize when you upload.
This is the easiest place to do it at.
If you use the upload tool, it is on the page where you add the descriptions and name the file. -
Step 2: Add the category (or categories) later.
Go to the actual page where the file is.
Click on Edit.
Type in the appropriate category.

Step 3: Enter Categorizing (or something similar) in the Summary bar.
