How to Change VoiceOver Rotor Options

   Step 1: Open the device's Settings.

   You can tap the Settings app on one of your Home screens.
   
   It may be in a folder labeled "Utilities." You can also swipe down on your Home screen and type "Settings" to search for it.

   Step 2: Tap General.
