    From there you can search for the help you need, too., If you don't want to call them you can submit a question through the form at https://www.osha.gov/ecor_form.html.

    You can also submit a complaint through the email form here. https://www.osha.gov/pls/osha7/eComplaintForm.html , If you have a little more time and don't need an immediate answer you can also try writing.
