Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Step 1: Go to Start and then Control Panel.

    Go to Start and then All Programs and Windows Mail. , Point to Import and click on Messages. , If the "Import mail from an OE6 store directory" box is not checked, check it. , Select it by clicking once. ,, Click on Next. ,, Also open Windows Live Mail in other windows on the same system. , Now select the email messages. ,, Click on OK to continue. ,, It will take some time, so you need to wait until gets successfully completed. , Once it is done, a dialog box saying Export Complete will appear on your screen.

    Click on Finish.

  12. Step 12: Click on Select Folder and then Next.

  13. Step 13: Either click on All folders or Selected folders to select all the folders or particular message folder respectively.

  14. Step 14: Click on Finish.

  15. Step 15: Launch Microsoft Outlook on your system.

  16. Step 16: Click on File and then Export.

  17. Step 17: Select Microsoft Exchange as the format and click on Next.

  18. Step 18: Wait for a message saying "all emails will be exported to Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Exchange".

  20. Step 20: you can export all the email folders or particular folders which you want to export.

  21. Step 21: Select the appropriate option and click on OK to start the export process.

  22. Step 22: Wait for it to finish.
