How to Copy Favorites

Step-by-Step Guide

   Step 1: Launch Internet Explorer.

   This will launch an "Import/Export Settings" window. , Click on the things you want to export then click Next again. , , You can copy the exported file onto a thumb drive or external drive, save it to a network location or email the file to yourself. ,,,, Click the arrow next to "Add to Favorites" and select "Import and Export" from the drop-down list.

   Step 2: Click the Favorites button

   Step 4: and then click the arrow next to "Add to Favorites."

   Step 5: Select "Import and Export" from the drop-down list.

   Step 6: Choose "Export to a file

   Step 7: " check the Favorites box then click Next.

   Step 8: Select the folders containing the Favorites you want to move and click "Next."

   Step 9: Browse to the desktop and save the file by clicking the "Export" button.

    Step 11: Plug the thumb drive or external drive into a USB port on your new computer or open your email account and download the file.
