How to Find the IP Address of a Skype User

   Step 1: Understand an IP address and what you can do with it.

   An IP address is analogous to a mailing address.

   From your Contacts page in Skype, right click on the abusive user and select "Block Contact." A dialog box will appear asking you if you are sure you want to block this user.
