How to Finish a Double Battle in Pokémon Diamond

Step-by-Step Guide

   Step 1: Make sure you have a Pokémon that knows Surf and Fly.

   Make sure the Pokémon that know Fly and Surf are in the front of your party, so they get sent out first. ,,, The next Pokémon on the foe's team will go out.
   
   Note: the back up is only needed if there are 3 Pokémon in the other team so if there's 3, switch your Surf Pokémon with back up now.
   
   If there's four, make your Surf Pokémon use an attack that will not hit all of the Pokémon at once. , After the EXP points (Experience Points), your Fly Pokémon will use Fly and the other foe's Pokémon (hopefully) will faint!

   Step 2: Go to a place where you can double battle

   Step 3: like the Restaurant in the Resort Area

   Step 4: and do the battle.

   Step 5: Make the Surf Pokémon uses Surf and the Fly Pokémon use Fly.

   Step 6: The Fly Pokémon will fly up high

   Step 7: then your Surf Pokémon will use Surf.

   Step 8: The Fly Pokémon will avoid the attack (Surf)

   Step 9: and the foe's Pokémon will faint (apart from the Surf Pokémon).

    Step 10: Hopefully

    Step 11: 1 of the foe's Pokémon will faint.
