    Triple click to select the entire object.

    You will also need to look at the various axes and figure out which one it will need to rotate around.

    Notice the Red, Green, and Blue axes.

    Using those as an assist will help.

    If you can't see the axes, click on View >> Axes , This screen shot has the pivot point at the very leftmost corner. , Sort of like a zero point. , If you know what the angle is, type it in and press Enter.
