How to Get a Tyrantrum in Pokémon X and Y

Step-by-Step Guide

   Step 1: Start your copy of Pokémon X or Y during the daytime.

   Make sure that your 3DS is set to the correct time before doing this.

   Step 2: Get to the point where a scientist in the Glittering Cave gives you a choice of either the Jaw Fossil or the Sail Fossil.

   Choose the Jaw Fossil. , You'll get a Tyrunt. ,, If it's a wild Pokémon, you can also catch it.
   
   After the battle ends, your Tyrunt will level up to level 39, and evolve.
   
   This only occurs during the day time, so trying to evolve Tyrunt at night won't work. ,

   Step 3: Go to Ambrette Town

   Step 4: and have the scientist in the Ambrette Fossil Lab restore your fossil.

   Step 5: Get your Tyrunt up to level 38

6. 6

   Step 6: and get to the point where one more battle will level it up.

   Step 7: Go into a battle

   Step 8: and defeat the enemy Pokémon.

   Step 9: Enjoy your new Tyrantrum!
