Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Step 1: Start the Quest "You Gotta Shoot 'em in the Head".

    Talk to Mister Crowly in the Underworld (Museum of History).

    He will give you four targets.

    Do not worry about Allistair Tenpenny.
  2. Step 2: Travel to the Republic of Dave

    Travel to Dukov's Place in D.C. for his key, and finally travel to Rivet City in D.C. for Ted Strayer's key. , There are a few combat robots.

    When you get there, go into a small building named "The Co-Quarters". , Search it, and you will find a key. ,, Take the best armour in the game.

    This will complete the quest "You Gotta Shoot 'em in the Head.
  3. Step 3: to kill Dave for his key.

  4. Step 4: With all three Keys travel to Fort Constantine

  5. Step 5: but be armed.

  6. Step 6: Proceed through (Note: There is a lot of nice Loot listed below) until you reach the body of Tara.

  7. Step 7: Use that key to go through the next couple of doors and you will find a neon blue room (seen in intro Pic).

  8. Step 8: Go onto the terminal and disable the field.
