Step 1: Go to Mahogany Town.
You can fly to Mahogany town using a Flying-type Pokémon.
Make sure you cleared all of the Team Rocket events that happen at Mahogany Town first before proceeding.
A man near the exit of Mahogany Town will deny you access until you finish it. -
Step 2: Head to the right of the town onto Route 44.
,,, Then go left, forward, right, forward, right, down, left, forwards, left, down, right, down, right, forward, and right. , That is the HM for Waterfall. , You should be right next to the Pokeball.
Press down A to pick it up, and congratulations; you successfully obtained Waterfall! -
Step 3: Continue going through Route 44 until you see a cave known as the Ice Path.

Step 4: Go through Ice Path until you come across an ice puzzle.

Step 5: To get through the first puzzle

Step 6: get your character near the ice and go forward.
